So you think by 6 months he should hit around 5lbs, then slow down? They grow the 1st year right?
I don't want to have health issues with him down the road, I know the smaller dogs are more prone to health issues
We did fight worms up till the last vet visit, so I know that slowed his growth the first 3 months also |
Lexi had a big growth spurt after 6 months. The day of her spay at 6 months she was only 3.8 lbs. Today at 7 1/2 months she is 5.07. I remember thinking the day of her spay, "oh my gosh, she's never going to make it to 5 pounds." But here she is at 5 pound!
