Oh looking at his little harness, You do not want to pull on his throat with a collar or harness. My dogs start coughing when I walk them with the regular harness on. I use the puppia one and attach the leash to the side of the strap. That way I am not yanking back on their throat. Just an idea. I hate it when my Yorkie gets that trachea cough so I do not pull in that area. |
