I successfully trimmed Lexi's nails today for the first time! The vet had done this for free at her puppy visits, but now that she is done with her shots I had to decide to do it myself to take her to the vet to do. Found out it would cost $16 to take her in just for trimming, so I decided to do it myself. I was a little nervous, but I managed to do it without hurting her, which was my biggest fear!

My question for all of you.... how often do you trim your pup's nails?
