i am reading that section on the akc website in between posting here. I think that she can be registered online which would eliminate the whole paper processs anyway. i don't think it should be too hard. surely this is not the 1st time in akc history that something like this has happened or someone has accidentally colored in that box and needed new papers. thanks for your help. she is coming home tomorrow morning so i will feel better just having her back.
