yes i do a contract which they signed and clearly states that i do no t do refunds unless of course if after they take her for her initial vet check something is found to be wrong. I told the guy he could bring her back tomorrow- my husband told me that i should call him back and say that i want to wait until monday after i have had a chance to talk to akc. what do you all think?
