The condition of the dogs is beyond words, they are currently being housed at Cherokee County Humane Society were they be all being evaluated and vetted. Hopefully they will go out to some of the local rescues, I notified our executive director immediately but he had already been made aware of the situation.
I am so upset this was happening so close to my house, I guess I am naive but I thought the most we had to deal with were BYBers. Keep good thoughts for all these babies and if you have a few extra dollars they have an Amazon Wish List set up just for these guys.
