Word to the wise...It looks like Joy Wise was just arrested and 357 dogs were confiscated from her property in Cherokee, County, GA. Sounds like she was running a puppy mill, definitely not a place anyone should support. Here's the link to a local news story. As someone previously suggested, go through a YTCA breeder, or check with a yorkie rescue group (all breed groups have them).
