We just returned from a 6 week trip. Most towns we went to had pet friendly hotels. We did have a problem at Mt. Rushmore no pets allowed inside, so DH and I had to take turns going in. Chief Crazy Horse monument on the other hand, they never said a word about us bringing them in, even inside the gift shops. Not sure where all you plan on going but some allow them in carriers and some not at all. |
