Default Help me pick a grooming table and shears.. can't decide which is better!

Okay, so a little background info:
Chloe is a 9 month old puppy who's really squirmy and doesn't like to be groomed. She's also really small at about 3 or 3.5 pounds. I haven't weighed her recently so I'm not 100% sure.

These are the 2 tables I found..
This one is small but needs to be put on a counter: https://www.petedge.com/zpetedgemain...c-locale=en_US

then there's these bigger ones:

Which is better for a small dog? I'm assuming the round one but I feel the bigger ones are easier to store. I can't make up my mind, lol.

Also, can anyone recommend good quality shears from petedge (or anywhere else) for general grooming? Do I need a rounded tip or is a regular tip fine?
I already have the wahl peanut for her paw pads but I need to trim her skirt and her leg hair because it's starting to drag on the floor.

Thanks!
