Are you using a heating blanket underneath the whelping box? Move that pup into the Mom constantly. Which means you are in for some sleepless nights.

Does your pup not suckle? Does it have the reflex suckle action?

When you noticed your very young pup was injured, what did the vet say when you called them? You do need to be in constant contact with your vet and or your whelping coach.

I do pray your pup makes it.

If that baby is NOT sucking, it has no gag reflex.....very dangerous to drip milk into a pups mouth that has no swallowing reflex.......learn to tube feed this pup.....
