Oh my gosh - SO glad you are getting him in right away bc this issue is definitely progressing. It could be pyoderma, which is a staph infection in dogs. It's treated w/ Simplicef x 30 days. If he is itching all the time, he probably has allergies...does he also chew/lick his paws?
