Default male yorkie red sores Folliculitis?

Hello YorkieTalk!

So I have two 4-5 year old males Yorkies. I adopted them a year or two ago. They where homeless as far as I know for a while.

The one male is at 100% now, he had some issue with his testicles but the vet took care of that when I got them both neutered.

But that was after many months of flea care. With the help of the vet we took care of all the fleas. One yorkie got it worse than the other, the vet thought he might have had a allergic reaction.

Now, he is loosing his fur and being covered in red sores. There has been no change in his mood. He scratching himself a lot of the time.

His skin colour has changed from a dark blackish colour in some places. It seems to have started at the base of his tail. It has spread from there over his back and is getting worse!

I am sure it is Folliculitis, my last vat did not seem to look at him much. I have changed vet now and I have him booked in.

I would like to know what you guys think!

Sorry for the image there was a 200kb limit hope you guys can make it out!

Thanks guys.
