Right after my boys have had a bath and their hair hangs right, the hair falls perfectly into place with the harness. As we get closer to bath day, and I start brushing less out of laziness, then there is a little more poof to deal with. I force myself to comb out the front end for the harness. |

I combed her hair and put the harness on with her standing up and then did some adjusting. It still got messed up, it was a bit better but still knotty and puffy. Luckily her hair is really silky and doesn't knot much.
She does need a bath, maybe that'll help too.
