Yes my Pit had them when we got him, he was incredibly ill with bloody stools, vomiting and anemia, transfusion, a round of meds and he had to be treated for a couple months with a cocktail, sorry I don't remember specifics but its not a one time thing. Also, the eggs look like footballs under the scope (vet showed me) and are not easy to get rid of. I believe it is from unsanitary conditions.....my Pit was thrown out of a car on the thruway, down the hill and in to my yard...of course.
