I'm glad you went back to the vet re the onion too, she already didn't feel good and the onion could have had an impact on her. Onions are toxic and the sensitivity varies from pup to pup. I know Mini almost died from eating a few grapes....ugggghhhh that was an expensive and horrifying nightmare...better to be safe than sorry!
