I also ordered two from Drs Foster & Smith. They didn't really get that cool, so I would put them in the freezer and then it was too cold for them so I ended up sitting on them with a towel over it at our old shop (no ac). I ended up throwing them away. Didn't really work for us.
I remember trying to leave a review on their site (after repeatedly being asked by them via email to review it) and after I submitted a negative review they emailed me and said the review did not meet their guidelines and wouldn't be posted. Then after a few days I would get another email asking me to review! This went on I think three cycles. I've never shopped there again since.
