She needs to go back to the vet asap if the diarrhea is this prevalent - that's not normal. She should be checked for giardia, for one thing. And note, giardia often hides under microscope, so it can actually take several tests to confirm it's actually there. A puppy could die from giardia, btw, due to the severe dehydration that will set in if untreated.

ALWAYS err on the side of utmost caution when caring for a very young puppy bc they are so vulnerable and go down FAST....we've seen it here over and over, and many of us have experienced it firsthand - me included.
