I have been reading parts of this thread. What you all seem to forget is this is "Free Market Society". CH can charge whatever she wants for her dogs. She has established her market. If there are people stupid enough to pay the price so be it. There are so many wonderful breeders out there that have nicer or just as nice dogs, show or otherwise. Little Cup Cake is looking for "bragging rights" She wants to pay as much as she can so she can brag to everyone about her dog.
It doesn't make her purchase any better than anyone else. Am I going to change my prices--NO WAY- I don't believe in gouging people.
My first concern is to find a loving home with someone smart enough to take excellent care of my puppy. Not looking for the person who will pay the highest price. |
