Mike, you have been so patient through this whole thing. I know others, myself included, who would have gone "postal" by now. I'd go over as many heads as it takes for you to reach a just resolution. Civil servants, nothing civil about these people! What about putting an article in your local newspaper? God bless sweet Lucy!
