good news but what a shame you had to beat it out of her, I would wait and see what happens at the next step and after it is all over try to get a meeting with the head of the department (not the supervisor) so he knows how his employees are handling claims in the department. I would think their main priority would be keeping dangerous animals off the streets of your town and that they would react with more speed and compassion |
