Certainly keep a close eye on her today and be prepared to go to the vet if things worsen.

You can feed her some canned pumpkin plain/not the pie filling with spices added. It is good for both constipation and diarrhea. Check her bottom and make sure she doesn't have poo stuck or dried on there, which also causes distress as you described. Is she scooting her bottom, which could indicate anal gland problem?
