How long is the flight from Germany to the US (which state?)? Are you allowed to have the puppy in the cabin with you? I thought that on international flights, the puppy must be in cargo??
Furthermore, I expect it to be a long flight, so why make the puppy fly back and forth from Europe to US to Europe? It's a lot of trauma for the poor baby.
Have you checked the all the paperwork to get in and out of Germany and the States? Please be careful, I know people who have lost their pets this way, not reading all the paperwork through, quarantine, and some just don't survive the flight.
