I have no advice on a proper formula for puppies (others here will) but I think that there's more to it than milk and they should be fed every two hours around the clock -- just like your vet said. They have very little in the way of reserves and they really must eat every two hours. I also question the ability of your other mom to be to nurse two litters at the same time. It's setting her up for eclampsia. What will you do if mom#2 also can't nurse? I certainly hope you are able to be at home 24/7 for the next month or more because these mommas and babies are really going to be depending on you.
