Let me explain. My baby boy, Kaji, has an affinity for sneaking into the kitchen to get into trouble. I put a bell on him, and now we can hear when he's on his way to the kitchen. It stopped that nasty habit!
I have a soft coated pup too!! (Aka cotton coat) I've just given up on the hopes of a long coat. Kaji was and still is absolutely miserable to be combed out. I keep him short now.
