Thanks for your concern. I don't want to make too much of a fuss as long as animal control is moving forward. For all I know, she's waiting for me to return to have the formal hearing. I'll let you know.

Lucy is doing great. She's slower and there's a limp, but her spirits are terrific. I'm so grateful that I have the perfect dog sitter for this 10-day vacation. Robyn is the one who rescued Lucy originally, and she loves her as much as I do.

She's one tough pooch. She also has a mast cell lymphoma that's inoperable because of its size and location and her age.
