I got me a mentor. lol This guy from high school. He's a mentor and a trainer and he's going to help me for almost free. He's lost over 100 lbs in a year and has made a career out of fitness. I start sometime this week. He's going to guide me on what to eat and how much to workout. He is confident he can get me to where I want to be.
