Poor, poor doggie. Baked to death while his "loving" family shopped nearby. How horrible! No charges - that makes it 100 times worse. How can these people keep doing this over and over and over when they hear about it happening all the time on TV and on the internet, newspaper and still don't learn to take any care for their dog?
