If it were me,I would do the blood work & follow up with the vet that treated her, other issues do as the others said, see why they never answered your call. It's not really having 2 vets, if you decide to do the blood work with the vet that treated her, he could forward that report to the vet you have been using, if you decide to go back to them. As you said, time is crucial with these lil guys, I would keep this in mind. Hoping lil Zoey is doing better this afternoon.
