 Breeding rights
I had a pup that I was going to keep for breeding but I ended up rehoming her last winter instead. The problem is, the lady I sold her to had this whole song and dance about how she was only going to be a pet and they were going to get her spayed and all that and then the day after she took her home she started calling me about breeding this pup. The dog has full akc registration so there's really nothing to stop her. I usually have a spay/neuter contract with the pups but this woman was a friend of a friend and I (stupidly) trusted her. Is there anything I can do or am I just out of luck? |
