I know some realtors and house staggers will tell you to make your house smell homey, like newly baked cookies and such. I think it's bologna. Also, people are cautious when buying and are worried you're trying to hide you're home's flaws. Are they trying to mask the smell of mold with other scents, etc.?

A house should just be clean and not smell period, or you always run the risk of putting some people off.

That is fine if you don't like the smell, however that is something that goes away It is not permanent and I was not trying to mask anything. We like candles. Sometimes people just make things worse than they really are or they are looking for something to be wrong and there really isn't anything wrong.
