Your puppy may clearly have an ear infection. My maltese did the same thing.. I thought it was allergies so I didn't say anything. But when he went for his check up they say she had an ear infection. I was so ashamed I let it go on that long. They said sometimes they have too much hair in their ears. They gave me so drops, did a follow two weeks later and he was just fine.
