I am so sorry for your loss and am just heartbroken. You are right, there is no replacement for the love that you had for Mickey. I had to do the same thing for my dear Kloee last Mother's Day, and I know just how heartbreaking it is to do. I started looking for another little one to love a month later because I was so sad and empty without one. Yes, I felt guilty, but my dear Kloee was not being replaced. In JAX, I see a lot of Kloee's ways living through him, even the size!(11 months and weighing 12 lbs
Kloee was and will always be my "Baby Girl" and JAX is now my "Baby Boy". So, yes, I would get another little one to love, to help heal your heart. It has helped me. Again, I am so sorry for the loss of your "Baby" and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. RIP "MICKEY"
