So now they have to go back and take it down, recut the beams and put it back up. Maybe, MAYBE they said they could do it Tues.
In the meantime they could have been working on the pavers. Nope. One day they showed up just to put in one tree and then they took off. Our backyard is TINY. The sales guy said it could be done in three days. It's been a week already and not even close to being done.
So did not get to enjoy our patio for the weekend. Too hot right now for the roof deck.
Plus all our non succulents are dying on the roof. Even the ones that say are for full sun. I hate seeing plants die. |
Wow, I'd be so irritated by this! I just hate dealing w/ contractors, it can be such a nightmare. You spend SO much money to have it done right, and it just never happens as it should.
On the plants - same thing happens to me. Almost all full sun plants just die for me; the only potted ones doing okay are my pencil plants and mother-in-law's tongue.

Blue subway tile -- I need my bathroom done in these now! White would be better for re-sale though. I wish had tiling skills. Attachment 399124 |
Too cute! That powder blue really pops. Dang, I love subway tile anything. I'm going to subway-tile my husband so I love him even more
