My vet will not give it to small dogs....period. According to her, and she sees a lot of small dogs, including Yorkies, in her practice, Yorkies seem to be more susceptable to adverse reactions to this drug, which is NOT uncommon for our breed to have adverse reaction to some drugs that seem to not bother other breeds.....
