Zoey took trifexis for several months but the vet changed to Combo Guard because it was cheaper than Trifexis - anyway, that was the reason they gave me. After a few months of this one Zoey threw up after taking the pill (given with food). She is taking a different Combo Guard and I have to give her a topical flea/tick med. so far, so good.
How soon after giving Piper the Trifexis did she get sick. I would certainly discuss this with the vet.
