[Draco]

Draco was neutered on March 9th. Hist incision seemed fully healed by the beginning of this month. How ever it seems a cluster or of his stitches didn't dissolve or perhaps none of them. As it seems like he was stitched from the inside, there were none visible from the day he was neutered.
About a week a I saw him licking the area a little too much and saw it look a bit irritated where the tiny scar was. When I felt it I could feel a lump. I called the vet, and she said that I should just put an e-collar on to give him more time. The area looks has gone back to looking fine, but the lump is still there, but it is smaller.

Has anyone else had to deal with this?
How long did it take the stitches to dissolve? Or did you request that the vet fix it right at the moment. The only reason I haven't done that is, because the vet said it would mean putting him under again, and I don't want that. It's one of the reasons I waited to get baby teeth pulled so he wouldn't have to go under for both teeth and neutering.
