My petsmart has a BB rep there all the time, luckily she's nice and just enjoys seeing Lola rather than pushing their food on me.
I've only had a bad experience with one of the food reps. I had just gotten Lola and the woman came out of nowhere and started lecturing me about puppy mills and how delicate small dogs are. She had tons of anti-puppy mill pins on her smock.
It was completely ridiculous. Lola is not from a puppy mill and she's my 4th small dog, so I told her that and how healthy my other dogs were and how long they lived. It shut her up
