I would certainly see his vet tomorrow MORNING....ASAP.....you may have an eye injory or just eye trauma that could set up an infection which could cost his eyesight. Tonight, I would clean his eye with warm salt water, with sterile cotton balls....wipe ONE time, from inside to outside corner, and discard the cotton ball.....wipe again with another cotton ball, from inside corner to outside corner, and discard....do this 4-5 times.......if you have any blood or green mucus, I would go into the vet tonight....but I always err on the side of caution, safe rather than sorry. .......just make sure you get into the vet first thing in the morning so you can get antibiotics if needed. I would not clean the eye before you go into the vet, so he can see exactly what he is dealing with....
