My baby boogie had his ears erect at age of 3 months old. When we got his booster shot of 6-in-1 his right ear flopped. I went to the vet and asked her to tape my baby's ear. She did it and after 3 days i removed the bandage. His right ear erected and has never flopped since then.
I also trimmed 1/3 of his ear hair so as to support the muscle and remove extra weight from the ear.
