My obsession is going to new subdivisions and touring the model homes (odd obsession I know). My newest must haves in the next house are:

1. Second floor laundry
2. Mud room with a built in dog crate (they are doing this all over in my area)

I have found that my style is very clean lines, few walls and no fuss.
