I sometimes go to gardenweb web site for inspiration. The topic of white kitchen tends to be a regular discussion. Someone asked the question if they had regrets going with a white kitchen. The answer was, some liked the white because ALL the spots, dust and grime from handling the doors and draws showed up so they knew where to clean to keep it looking spotless. Then there was the other group who didn't like the white kitchens because it DID show all the spots, dust and grime. They felt the wood tone cabinets hid the messes so they didn't have to work so hard keeping the kitchen looking clean. Even if it did take more work I still love the look, especially if it has one of those apron sinks.
