 My Yorkie is suddenly limping
Last night while outside my Yorkie suddenly stopped using his back, left leg. He won't put any weight on it, nor does he respond to any touching on that leg. I took him to the vet and they did x-rays, thinking he has a torn ligament or something like that. The x-ray didn't show any tears. He doesn't act like he is in pain, quite the opposite, I can mess with his feet and even when I apply a lot of pressure, he doesn't respond to it. He is 12-1/2 years old and I am concerned he had some sort of stroke. While I am waiting on blood tests, has anyone seen this before? Any ideas? |
