Welcome to Yorkie Talk and congratulations on your first Yorkie. Since he is so young, I would wait to take him walking until he has had his puppy vaccinations.
I would also use potty pads indoors for potty training until he is a little older.
For food, I would continue feeding whatever his breeder used. I would feed him at least 4 times a day or have kibble available for him at all times.
When puppies are that young and small, they should not be over-handled or played with too much. Allow him plenty of time to rest. Hypoglycemia is the primary concern.
