What I've been taught is that no yorkie is 'perfect breed standard.' But to show you have to come as close as possible. 'Pet quality' is a dog with show faults, over/under bite, wrong colors, wrong coat quality, too big/small, incorrect top line, ect... All I know about 'breed quallity' is that it's a dog that isn't quite 'show quality' but can be used to better the breed and compliments your line. I'm sure someone can explain it better
