Great post. We really should just be concentrate on driving when driving and not having to worry about anything else. We always use a hard carrier for our little one for her own safty. The carrier has a seat belt slot so it's really secured. I felt a lot better 'cause she is in there and won't be getting into any trouble. Plus I can totally concentrate on driving when we are on the road.

Even without regulations, we should all take the responsible of keeping our pets, ourself, and everyone else safe by safely secure our pet and concentrate on driving. Sometimes, a split second can mean life and death. We don't want to go there.
