I think I paid about $280 for Pixie's spay. She didn't have to have any teeth removed though. If she had, I'm sure I would've been charged more.

There was this thread regarding that same question. There seemed to be a huge price range. I think it went from about $60 for a neuter all the way too $700 for a spay....
