Have you tried using stevia? Not the kind you buy in the market, but the actual plant. I bought one from my nursery. I looked online on how to use it. You can dry the leaves and then put them thru the coffee grinder, or you can make an extract from water or alcohol. I didn't believe it was really that much sweeter than sugar, so I took a leaf and ate it. OMG SO sweet. LOL It's very easy to grow. Mine is in the windowsill and it's grown at least twice it's size since I got it about a month ago. I think it'd be very easy to use in the ACV drink to sweeten it up.
