LOL Sadly I am a product of bad knee genetics. My Mom, Dad, and both brothers all have knee problems.

Sheila & I are so happy that you do not need surgery!

I have bad knees, too. They were so bad, at one point, they actually made squishing sounds as I walked up the stairs. And they hurt like the devil.

But Sheila's DO recommended that I take Glucosamine Chondroitin, and after 6-8 months, believe it or not, they stopped hurting.

But you must continue it your entire life.
