Now that I am working I am praying I will have more diet success. Much easier not to munch when you are not sitting at home all day with free will to munch.... I brought a salad to work with me for lunch yesterday and for snacks I brought one apple and one orange.. Oh yeah and a 90 calorie protein bar just in case i got hungry after lunch. But then of coarse yesterday it was someones birthday there and they had chocolate cake and ice cream.. I couldn't resist and had a slice.
