I agree with the above poster. I have a litter that is 7 weeks today and can't imagine them leaving for new homes yet. They aren't even weaned yet. I feed them moistened ground up kibble a few times a day, but they also still nurse. They re also at the age where they have just gotten teeth and sure do like to use them....their mom and littermates will start to teach them bite inhibition over the next few weeks. Puppies aren't usually great eaters yet atb7 weeks, plus the added stress of going to a new home can make feeding even more difficult. Watch closely for signs of hypoglycemia. Don't let the puppy overplay as that can bring on hypoglycemia also...
